After more than a decade of hands-on experience in personal training and business management, I’ve been through many ups and downs that have given me insight into what works and what doesn’t, and I believe that it is my purpose to share my experience and practices with trainers from all around so that we can challenge the status quo and raise the standard of personal training.
The impact I’ve made so far – both on the careers and personal lives of my students, has left a number of them speechless with tears of appreciation.
While I would rather focus on the act of bringing positive, lasting changes into people’s lives than brag about it, I will inevitably have to share my business successes and practices in order for us to revolutionize the fitness industry.
However, I will not sugar coat things. Growing a
business is not easy – if you do it right. And by
‘right’, I mean dedicating 110% of your attention and efforts to your client. That means if your clients are overseas and won’t benefit from online training, then you don’t even consider it.
Clients come first, money is secondary – this is how you build a trustworthy, reputable business.
If you look at my personal training studio, Enterprise Fitness, you’ll notice that everyone treats each other like family. I often get compliments about the Enterprise culture … Why are they all so nice? I mean, they’re like really good people!
Why indeed? I didn’t just hire people who just ‘happened to be’ devoted and committed. A team needs to be inspired, and that comes from the leader. Leadership isn’t about a title or a designation. It’s about impact, influence and inspiration. And you must lead with confidence if you want to achieve your goals in business.
Change your mindset, upgrade your business, revolutionise the industry.
