Training – Are You Doing It All Wrong?

To jump right in, check out this video, where I cover my base philosophy as it relates to training.

Fundamentally I believe clients should:

  1. Learn (and regain) how to move (structural)
  2. Learn proper movement patterns (technical)
  3. Then train hard (load)

This is why in my internship, you will train 7 times…

Each session is based around a different programming system, and your engagement will further enhance your learning so that you can be more confident in your decisions when you design training protocols for your clients

In fact, by modelling our systems that we provide you in our manual (provided at the course) you could create 6 to 12 months worth of programming for your clients.

The 6 month discrepancy is dependent on how well you can apply the knowledge.
